1Considered by Boxer to be his masterpiece, this work comes directly from the artist’s collection in Miami. It was exhibited at the National Gallery of Jamaica and was later included in a major exhibition organized by Pan American Art Projects at its Wynwood gallery in Miami.
Boxer agreed to lend the work to the exhibition on one condition: that it ultimately be acquired by a public institution rather than a private collection. He regarded it as the most important of his three-dimensional works and hoped that it would remain accessible to the public.
(A work that the artist himself considered among his greatest creations is presented here in a private collection, offering a rare opportunity to encounter it outside an institutional setting.)

It was exhibited in the annual end-of-year award show at the National Gallery in the 1990's.1169
