Pan American Art Projects is pleased to invite you to a special artist talk in conjunction with the exhibition Pétits: Women Artists Redefining Scale, on view at our Little River space. The event will take place on Saturday, June 14 at 11:00 AM - 2 PM.
The exhibition features women artists who embrace small formats as acts of resistance and poetic strength. These intimate works challenge the idea that artistic and social commentary must be grand in scale to be powerful, demonstrating instead the radical impact of precision, detail, and intent.
Join us for a conversation with participating artists as they discuss their creative processes, the role of scale in their work, and how the small can become a bold form of expression.
Exhibiting artists include: Carola Bravo, Susana Pilar Delahante Matienzo, Jenny Feal, Lorena Gutiérrez Camejo, Ana Mendieta, Paola Mondolfi, Elsa Mora, Liliana Porter, Sandra Ramos, Grethell Rasua, Leticia Sanchez Toledo and Carolina Sardi.
